Answers: 

1) Good motivational activities takes place, various inspirational activities are conducted for all courses in our campus. Organizes events for BMS students where students from other colleges can also participate. Lets all students improve their management skills, lets giving presentations formally as well as informally making students free enough to speak infront of crowd. Gives everyone equal chance to show their talent, being in BMS, we have events in which movies are made by us and then they are screened up to show our acting and other skills to audience.

2) BMS has helped me by making me confident to talk infront of large number of crowd. Made me bold enough to speak in front of people, helped me manage activities professionally, made me confident and presentable in front of crowd. 

3) No change as such required. But being a CR would try doing more events and getting reputed companies for campus interview for us and juniors too.

4) We had done a formal presentation where we represented Colgate company and i had played the role of BOD of Colgate. I had held a Conference. We got standing ovation and we were asked to show it to our juniors too and this will be remembered always.

Q.3) What are the thoughts / advices / tips you would like to give to today’s youngsters?

Participate in many events go to different colleges in their events which may help you learning new things. BMS gives everyone opportunity to do new things, grab that opportunity and make something good out of it.
