- I want to become HR Manager of a reputed company and philosophy which I follow is ‘Do your best and everything will happen for good’.

- My immediate plans include doing MBA from a reputed institution.

1) Positive / Negative things about your college?
- We are privileged to have a loving and caring BMS coordinator and faculty members, who help and encourage us to be professional in every manner.
- They are also available after college to guide us with various activities.
- Our college gives us the liberty and opportunity to come up with events and ideas.
- The college is occupied with various events and cultural activities throughout the year.
- We are not only motivated to bring up academic events but also to participate for ISR projects conducted by our college and also to spread social awareness
- We have regular seminars conducted by professionals from the industry.
- We have a very enthusiastic and approachable Principal who helps the students in all possible ways.
- We have various bodies in our college like the Rotaract club of SIES College, entrepreneurship development cell, Skyline, NCC, NSS etc which helps the students to discover their hidden talents.
2) Positive / Negative things about your BMS course?
- This course teaches us time management and to upgrade and develop your skills such as Leadership, Team-work etc., its focus is not only on the academics but also co-curricular activities.
3) How has BMS course helped you to develop your personality? / What did you learn from BMS?
BMS taught me to speak confidently by giving opportunities such as Presentations and other events. It has helped me to manage time effectively.
4) What are the changes you want to bring in the BMS course?
There should have more practical subjects.
5) Share your favorite BMS / college memories?
It was during our fest ‘Utkarsha’, when all the students from BMS (which includes all the three years) were working together with same enthusiasm and understanding to make it successful.
Q.3) What are the thoughts / advices / tips you would like to give to today’s youngsters?
If you are sure about your goal, do not be afraid to consider it and keep moving towards it. You have to work hard for whatever you are aiming, nothing is achieved easily. Don’t lose your hope and faith in yourself. There’ll be many failures coming your way but remember that something better is going to come your way (only if you work hard).
