1) Tell us about yourself?
Ans: Myself Jonika Jain. I’m a student of T.Y.B.M.S. As a student I’m self motivated, hard worker and dedicated towards my aim.

The reason behind joining Bms is my interest and liking towards this particular field. It has a much wider scope than what one can think about.

I’m planning to pursue for MBA after completing graduation.

2) How does it feel to be a Topper of the college in T.Y sem V exams?

Ans: It makes me feel really great. This experience of being on top of the world is something to Cherish.

3) Whom will you credit your success to?
Ans: Utmost I thank to God and parents who made it possible for me achieve this place.

A heartily thanks to all my professor’s who have always shown me a right path to follow, to my friends who were there to clear my doubts and concepts in a better way.

4)Did you start preparing from the first day of your TY sem V?
Ans: An extreme ‘NO’ for this.

I never start studies from the very first day. In the initial months I enjoyed my college life as these days not gonna come back.

But yes, a month before exam is a real time to get serious for studies.
All we need to do is to “plan our time well in advance “.

5)How did you study for Sem V?
Ans: Sincerity and proper planning is what I followed throughout the sem.
‘focus’ is what we require to clear any exam.

I gave more importance to deep Understanding of the each concepts as this definitely help us to fetch better score and it will also help us to have the real practical knowledge and skill that one should have after completing graduation in this field.

6) Which are the easy subjects in Sem V?
Ans) All subjects are easy if one is interested. More specifically, I feel practical subjects are more interesting and easy.

7) Any special way of writing the answer?  Do you write answers in bullet points or in paragraphs?
Ans: Preparation is nothing if we are unable to present our answers in a proper required format.

I usually start long answers with Meaning, Definitions, Main course of answer and then ending with the short Conclusion.

Writing short notes in bullet points can make our answer more attractive.

8)How do you crack case studies in theory and practical subjects?
Ans: Case studies are from our syllabus itself.

Henceforth, I try to relate the problems of the case to the particular concept and arrive at the best solution for the problem.

9) Did you draw any diagram in any paper? Is it mandatory? Does it help to get more marks?
Ans: Yes I did.
Drawing diagrams is optional but if drawn, it will surely help one to score maximum marks as it assures the examiner about our understanding of the concept.

10) Any specific study pattern adopted i.e timetable/ how many hours per subject per day?
Ans: I don’t follow any specific pattern to study as such.
It entirely depends on my mood.
I totally avoid rote learning.
Understanding the answers and writing it in my own way is what I follow.

11)How do you fight against mood swings and distractions during exam preparation?
Ans: To overcome mood swing, I give myself a short break from studies and then restore myself with the ability to cope with such mood swings.

Listening music while solving sums helps me to avoid distractions.

12)If you are made the vice-chancellor of Mumbai university, what changes would you like to initiate in Indian Education system?
Ans: If I would be the future vice chancellor of Mumbai university then at the very initial stage I would like to remove this two semesters in a year system.

Because of this, we are unable to get a practical exposure. More and more burden forces students to avoid understanding the concept and follow the method of roat learning.

Studying 12-14 subjects is useless if one is not able to achieve any fruitful result in the future while facing the practical competition.

Better is to study 6-8 subject and apply the necessary knowledge in the practical world.

13) Many student prepare sincerely but constantly live under fear that they are not from big college/ not from English medium and eventually lose confidence. What message would you like to give to these students?
Ans: if you are preparing sincerely then it doesn’t matter much whether you from big college or not because goodwill of college won’t help anyone to crack the interviews or achieve the success.

You need to keep trust in yourself. Whatever you think you get it in your hand so be positive and confident, and fight until success reach you.

14)Through this struggle and success what have you learned?  What is the wisdom of life and competition?
Ans: The success I achieved is the result of my self study.
Even after facing some tough situations I managed to score good enough and that makes me feel overwhelmed and confident.

Don’t behave like a blind but open your eyes and accept the reality of life which is full of competition where only knowledge and education will withstand.

15) Your feedback for Bms.co.in.
Ans) Bms.co.in is a great initiative taken by its members.
It is very informative and helpful.
I thank all the members of Bms team for their support throughout the sem and also for this recognition to our achievement.
