5) Share your favorite BMS / college memories?
– I had volunteered for marketing for a small period of time for our inter-collegiate event Inspira. On the very first day we had been divided into groups and had to approach the shops/brands that were allotted to us and basically try and attract sponsors for our event. I remember that we had approached the manager of a local outlet of one particular brand. We talked with him and informed him about our event and spoke about possible sponsorship. The reply of the manager was and I quote” we usually don’t engage in such sponsorships but since we are talking about MCC, I will talk to my seniors.” It was an extremely proud moment for us and I think was the first memorable moment of my time in this college.
-Secondly, as I have mentioned earlier, I had participated in the event “SOCH” for the new-startups competition. We had to decide a product, plan the whole business strategy and actually sell our product in the campus. Initially I was very undecided and was worried as to how everything would turn out. We were a team of three and after giving it some thought we finally decided to take it up as a challenge and worked hard for it. And finally when we won, it was a moment of great satisfaction as our efforts had paid off.
