1) Tell us about yourself?
I Pooja Ganesh Zagade, resident of Kharghar persuing my TYBMS from D.G.Ruparel College. I belong to a Hindu nuclear family. My father is a businessman , mother is a housemaker and i have an elder sister who is persuing MCom . My hobbies are listening to music and dancing. I choose BMS because I am more interested in management studies as I want to see my bright career in Corporate world.
2) How does it feel to be a Topper of the college in TY Sem V exams?
It feels great and backed my dedication and motivation
3) Whom will you credit your success to?
Myself, my teacher who guided me throughout the years of studies, thanks to Navigators tutorials who helped in strengthening and maintaing my interest in studies and my parents who supported me and who taught me to dream high and meet the goals.
4) Did you start preparing from the first day of your TY Sem V?
-It is not about self studying regularly from the first day but I have been punctual to the lectures held in my college and classes.
5) How did you study for Sem V?
-Self prepared notes have benefited me alot in Sem V. Regular practice for practical subjects is must.
6) Which are the easy subjects in Sem V?
-I find all theory subjects easy when u prepare your own notes. But to be specific HRM is easy among them.
7) Any special way of writing the answers? Do you write answers in bullet points or in paragraphs?
-I use to start my answer with meaning/ definition followed by the basic content and end it with a conclusion. And use to highlight the important words or sentences. Way preferred was writing the answer point wise.
8) How do you crack case studies in theory and practical subjects?
-I preferred reading the questions first, later understanding the case and then use to try to write the answer on my known applying the knowledge related to the case in relation to the facts and textual knowledge.
9) Did you draw any diagram in any paper? Is it mandatory? Does it help to get more marks?
-Yes I presented my answer in diagrammatic form in theory papers. It is not mandatory but if you look from presentation point of view then it leaves a good impression on the examiner while assessing the papers.
10)Any specific study pattern adopted i.e. timetable / how many hours per subject per day etc.?
-I scheduled myself in such a manner that I could devote much time for practical subjects. Minimum 3-4 hours a day.
11) How do you fight against mood swings and distractions during exam preparation?
-I didn’t find such requirements till date.
12) If you are made the Vice Chancellor of Mumbai University, what changes would you like to initiate in Indian education system?
-Quick, Satisfactory and Justified results of the students.
13) Many students prepare sincerely but constantly live under fear that they are not from big college / not from English medium and eventually lose confidence. What message would you like to these students?
-Believe in yourself and try to give your best.
 14) Through this struggle and success, what have you learned? What is the wisdom of life and competition?
-Hardwork and self confidence is very must to meet the goals.
