Our product is to give – a healthy, fit and better life to our members. and our target audience is the Middle income group of people who find it difficult to afford ultra premium fitness facility
Your Fitness Club (YFC) is the culmination of long years of preparation, contemplation and a thoughtful approach. Established in September’2009 with an aim to provide friendly, comfortable and well maintained fitness facility at an affordable expense.
The operational value of YFC revolves around end user satisfaction. The company was created with an understanding to make quality fitness service available to common masses through an affordable & no frills attached facility that can improve their quality of life with varying fitness levels & better health.
With an understanding that fitness is an experience of the body & mind, YFC works towards creating an atmosphere that can offer a perfect balance between members and their fitness.
We sets ourselves apart by keeping its overhead costs to a bare minimum & offering customers with quick, convenient & affordable workout, that too in a state of the art fitness centre minutes from their home.
Keeping in line with the lifestyle of the current times, We offer our customers with a value-driven concept, whereby members have the convenience and flexibility of a member-friendly policy instead of a contract. In addition, we ensures affordable & quality fitness service to its members by providing in house training for the fitness trainers and keeping them abreast to the changing trends of the fitness industry.
We started with 1 club and now we are 10 clubs strong, within a span of 4 years.
- What is your philosophy towards work?
A man’s work is nothing but to keep discovering his own potential and empower the society by creating pools of opportunities.
For my Staff: – I encourage and motivate them to go beyond their limits.
- Whom do you admire as your role model? And why?
Kaizzad Kapadia, he has always been my inspiration. I started my career with him. He has imbibed his ethics and work culture in me because of which i am respected in the industry as we have never sacrificed our ethics in the name of profits.

Our society is made up of Humans and humans need management. Management is needed in every walk of life be it personal or professional. No goal can be achieved optimally without proper management.One of the major role or keeping departments segregated and organised is the key of YFC’s stupendous success.

- According to you, what are the challenges for Entrepreneurship today?
Rapidly changing tastes and preferences of consumers. For which one needs to be adaptable and flexible towards the ever growing and changing needs of the society.
- Can Entrepreneurship be taught in B-Schools/Management Institutes/Colleges?
Education plays a vital role in shaping ones thought process. But sometimes on the job experience teaches you more than what books can teach you. Education and Experience are the important 2 E’s to success. Its the main foundation stone in creating & honing one’s entrepreneurial skills.
- Is the Name of the Institute from where a student pursues his/her Graduation/Post Graduation or other courses important while setting up your business?
One can find diamonds out of coal or coal out of a Diamond mine. An individual takes the knowledge with him and not the brand name.
- Do you think today’s economy is conducive for a new venture to start upon?
Out of clutter, find simplicity
Innovation is a key to success. Don’t get stuck in the clutter. Find you own USP’s and no economy can hold anybody back. ( With the private and government introducing various loans for SMEs, funding shouldn’t really be hurdle)

No, The real motive behind any business is to provide service, build relationships and last but not the least self and society’s empowerment.
