Below are the excerpts from the interview with Ms. Sneha R. Ahuja, TYBMS Sem 5 Topper of K.M. Agrawal College.
I have done my junior college from Mutha College. I joined BMS because I am interested in management. I always have the curiosity that how MNCs are managed. After BMS, I wish to take up a job for experience. It feels great and proud to be a topper and fulfill my parent’s dreams. I credit my success to my Lord Shiva in whom I believe, my parents who gave me the courage and patience while taking the exams. I didn’t start exactly from the first day of the semester but I started with the theory which helped me during the exams. Preparation from the 1st day is very important. Theory subjects like Logistics, Special studies in marketing and HRM are easy. But for practicals you will have to start from the beginning. In the exam paper, You can start with meaning, definitions as it will create good impression. Writing the answers in bullet points will be easy. Read the case studies for 2 times and then link the questions with your theory part. I used to draw tree diagram as it is not compulsory but it will make your answers more presentable. There is no specific timetable but I studied for each subject regularly. In my mood swings, I do meditation and relax for sometime and then I start with fresh mood. If I am made the Vice Chancellor, I will do understand the students’ problems and make policies according to that. Time table, paper pattern should be given well in advance. For the students who are low with confidence, I think they should remove this thought from their mind and be happy that whatever they have learned and try to improve your negative points. My message to the students is that they should work hard and give their best. BMS.co.in is very helpful as it gives all the information related to your studies and specially during exams, it is very helpful as it provides question banks and study tips.
