I am in my third year of BMS and a student of NM College. The reason I chose BMS was that it could give a holistic view of how an organisation operates and develop management skills. After BMS I plan to work for a year and then pursue my MBA
2) How does it feel to be a Topper of the college in TY Sem V exams?
2. It feels really great to be the topper of the college because I didn’t plan for it.
3) Whom will you credit your success to?Â
3. The credit goes to foremost my mother who has been my inspiration to work hard.
4) Did you start preparing from the first day of your TY Sem V?
4. No.
5) How did you study for Sem V?
5. I practiced the practical subjects on alternate days accompanied by theory subjects.
6) Which are the easy subjects in Sem V?
6. FM and SSF
7) Any special way of writing the answers? Do you write answers in bullet points or in paragraphs?
7. It is better to write the answers in bullet points because it gives a break between two different points and also the pointers should be highlighted.
8) How do you crack case studies in theory and practical subjects?
8. Case studies test your awareness of the subject so if u know the subject really well it is easy to answer any case study.
9) Did you draw any diagram in any paper? Is it mandatory? Does it help to get more marks?
9. Its not mandatory but diagrams give a just about your answer and creates an impression that u know the answer really well.
10)Any specific study pattern adopted i.e. timetable / how many hours per subject per day etc.?
10. It is preferable to have a timetable because u can plan your subjects accordingly and also it helps to destress yourself during exams since you are well prepared for the exams.
11) How do you fight against mood swings and distractions during exam preparation?
11. I plan my schedule in a way that there are enough breaks and also it avoids mood swings and distractions.
12) If you are made the Vice Chancellor of Mumbai University, what changes would you like to initiate in Indian education system?
12. I would want the education system to incorporate those subjects that are helpful to the students in the future and the syllabus should be revised when required.
13) Many students prepare sincerely but constantly live under fear that they are not from big college / not from English medium and eventually lose confidence. What message would you like to these students?
13. Always have self confidence and remember that college doesn’t matter ..Its your hard work that will prove your capability.
 14) Through this struggle and success, what have you learned? What is the wisdom of life and competition?Â
14. Competition helps you to struggle and improve yourself so always view it as an opportunity and grab it.
