Honestly, I feel, Entrepreneurship is something that cannot be learnt somewhere. There are no rules, principles or books on how to be a successful entrepreneur. It’s basically, the willingness, the passion of an individual to set-up, develop and manage a new venture that has his/her dream in it.

Q.1 Tell us something about yourself ?

  • I, was born and brought up in suburbs of Mumbai and studied in 2 English medium schools during my primary and secondary education and done bachelors in computer science from university of North Texas
  • I became an entrepreneur by chance not by choice, as I always felt the urge to do something different of my own since school, but not getting the right path and platform to pursue it, therefore with my own personal skills and knowledge gained over the years.

  • SOCIAL IMPACT

 Q. What is your philosophy towards work?

My philosophy towards work is  :

Cost cutting & optimization of resources

Innovative Thinking

Orthodox methods

Own Methodologies & Usage

Balanced Approach of vertical & horizontal growth

No compromise in terms of quality & security

Harness best Technologies

Organic Growth

Consistency & Persistence

Evolution Process and Adaptability with current trends

Q. Whom do you admire as your role model? And why?

I, admire Thomas Alva Edison and Leonardo da Vinci, each with its own qualities who shaped history in their own times, but what’s more common is that they never lost hope, and worked with great zeal and persistence & dedication for perfection to provide a life easier and simpler to live for generations to come.

Q. “Management is core to every individual, organization & society.” Give your views on it.

I, agree management is the core to every individual, organization & society. In order to have a sound balance in running a business, is to have a schedule which is comfortable to one and all, delegating specific tasks to specific people who are good in accomplishing such tasks and the secret to success is to chart a road map of management work.

Q. Name 3 qualities of prime importance that a businessman should possess.

The 3 qualities of prime importance that a business should possess is one, self belief, eager to adapt to new market trends and technologies, and commitment and consistency in delivering invaluable service to current and future clientèle.

Q. According to you, what are the challenges for Entrepreneurship today?

The challenges for Entrepreneurship today is that, there is no streamlined dedicated process of a single organization who can nurture right from startup to scaling up. Apart from this, access to capital at early stage is difficult, as one perceives only THE goal of generating revenue figures rather than understanding the value and importance of the idea  but ultimately it’s the decision of the entrepreneur to take all the good points and have  a grand vision to scale up the start-up because the original thought from concept to the idea stage lies within one self.

Q. Can Entrepreneurship be taught in B-Schools/Management Institutes/Colleges?

Yes, Entrepreneurship can be taught in B-schools/Management Institutes & colleges, provided strong emphasis is given to case studies, white papers and more activities related to actual field  work scenarios and practical live solutions and not merely through books to gain the right skill sets along with aptitude tests to strengthen their weak points so when they pass out they should be able to keep a balance between both theory and practical experience.

Q. Is the Name of the Institute from where a student pursues his/her Graduation/Post Graduation or other courses important while setting up your business?

No, I personally do not consider the institute from where a student pursues his/her graduation or post graduation or other courses, important while setting up a business because the most basic thing we look for is talent  and extra circular activities which needs honing from time to time, and how well one can use their respective abilities and strengths in achieving goals in a consistent manner and to adapt with the latest trends in this fast paced competitive world.

Q. Do you think today’s economy is conducive for a new venture to start upon?

The current economy which is risen with inflation and prices for almost all commodities have shot up, it gives us an opportunity to think differently and also find alternate resources, be it renewable sources or integrating multiple resources as a finished product at low cost to the masses. I feel this is the best era for innovation to happen, to make the world a better place if we take a positive approach.

Q. “Earning more & more is the motive behind any business.” Is it justifiable?

Earning more and more is of course, the motive of any business but first and foremost, credibility & value needs to be generated. Also, most important, you need to define your strengths to have a competitive edge which needs to be adapted along with current trends.

Q. Share with us the most enjoyable moment you had experienced on work.

The most enjoyable moment I have experienced on work is the sense of pride and achievement on the day when we finally completed and made our app store stable and full functional to support new applications after 2 years of research, which underwent  lot of changes and  variations and lot of suppression to  reach the pinnacle.
