I had completed my S.S.C board exam from S.t Mary’s High School (Kalina, Santacruz (E) Mumbai) in the year March 2006 (Mumbai Board) and my H.S.C Board exam from New Kalwa High School & J.r College (Thane) in the year Feb 2008 by securing 64%
I had joined BMS to enhance my capacity & capability & also to improve my management skills, I passed my 1st sem exam by securing 66%, Second sem by securing 73%, third sem by securing 70%, fourth sem by securing 79%, now I attempted my fifth sem exams in Oct 2010 & just waiting for my result.
My ambition is to become a well skilled & efficient H.R Manager.

I am from Jai Bhagwan College Of Management, Science & Technology. Its located in Vitawa – Kalwa, Thane.
When did you join BMS? Which year you are in?
I had joined B.M.S in the year 2008, & now I am in the THIRD YEAR of B.M.S.
What inspired you to choose BMS and not any other course?
The turning point of global world towards the business inspired me to make my career in business field.Thus B.M.S is the only stream which can help me to achieve my goal.
According to you, what is BMS all about?
According to me B.M.S is all about improving one’s management skills, it helps to understand what management is, how to manage critical situations within short period, how to give better quality of productivity within the given resources & how to reduce cost or how to get the better utilization of resources within the limited cost.
However B.M.S is the wider term to describe. In short B.M.S speaks with what B.M.S students show in their managing function.
What’s special about your college? What do you love about it?
Discipline is the most important feature of our college, as it’s a small college located in kalwa and more importance is given on discipline.
The thing which i love about my college is our teaching staff who is always ready to help students at any time, they encourage us to fulfill our goal & come out with flying colors, even our Principal who cooperates with us & help us in different ways to improve our self.
Who is your favorite teacher/faculty? Why?
It’s difficult to point out any one teacher from many as all of them teaches & guide us in most effective manner but as it is to select any one from all , I’ll go for Mrs Sima Pawar as my favorite teacher, as she teaches us since first sem and has created a special bond with us, she is the most experienced teacher in our college & always ready to guide us whenever we need her for any subject.
What has BMS life taught you?
The experince of B.M.S plays the most important role in every B.M.S student’s life, as B.M.S is all about management i.e to get work done by others in most effective & efficient manner. B.M.S teaches us to get familiar with management working & helps us to understand the business world more clearly & closely and it is the practical study of business environment.
What was the happiest moment in BMS? The saddest? The most memorable?
The most happiest moment in BMS is when we get good coments on our presentation and the feeling at that time is as if we have conquered the whole world.
The saddest moment is when our ex-law teacher Mr Bhinganiya left our college because of his illness.
The most memorable moment of the whole BMS life is Industrial Visit, we all have some sweet memories in Industrial Visit.
Who in your life has influenced the most?
My elder sister is the one who influenced me the most, from my child hood she have worked hard on me. She always guide me in my studies, she is the one who realized in me about my strength, helped me to improve myself, encouraged me hard to achieve my dreams.
As a BMS student, what changes would you like to bring in management education?
As BMS is the management studies, it is much more about management background, it is practical as well as theoretical, it’s difficult to mention to bring changes in BMS edication because it is the one of the right way to guide management students.
What would you advice someone planning to do BMS?
The right way to guide someone planning to do BMS is that ask them to have a practical approach towards studies rather than focusing more on theory.

What are your future plans?
Obviously like other BMS students I have to crack CET to do MBA, I have to make my career in H.R. My ambition is to become a good, efficient H.R manager.
What are you expecting out of BMS?
I expect much from BMS as it helps me to become familiar with the business world, it would really help me to find out my way to success in my ambition.
