Makeup Series : Blush And Contour Edition

Blush is another very important makeup item for face makeup.

It makes you feel like you are glowing from within and makes your cheeks beautiful.

Blushes are most easy to buy since they look really pretty on any skin color. 

There are few things which you need to know about blushes. 

First thing, you must know is that if the blush is matte in texture it looks more natural and beautiful. Matte texture looks even more natural on skin which has pimples on it. 

Matte Blush is more versatile and works on any skin. It looks beautiful in photograph as well.

Blush having little shimmer in it will look more beautiful on the skin which is flawless. You must not use this blush on your cheeks if you have pimples on your skin.

The reason to this is that blush with little bit shimmer in it catches the light in sunlight. So it will emphasize the pimples more. 

Skin having a flawless texture can pull off this shimmer blush much more beautifully. 

Cream blush is somewhere in between. Best part of the cream blush it that it look even more natural than powdered blush.

One can work in the cream blush into the skin to make it look natural. 

I personally like the matte powder blush more because they are easy to work with and quick to wear. 

The shades one must have in their makeup kit are Coral or Peachy shade and Pink or Mauve shade. These 2 colors are most versatile of all the different shades.

Contour is important from the makeup point of view. Contour works like magic, it makes your face slimmer and gives somewhat more natural effect. It can bring an entire makeup look together. 

One can definitely tell the difference when one wears a contour. 

 One which is used for contour is Bronzer. Bronzer must be in matte dark brown color. Do not buy Bronzer having red undertones as it will look unnatural and will look orange on the face.

Bronzer again comes in powder and cream base. If you buy powder it is a little difficult as compared to cream bronzer. 

One must apply bronzer in the hollows of the cheek bones. It will also do the job of lifting up your cheek bone without actually lifting them.

It gives the effect of sun-kissed skin which looks really beautiful.

These are the things one must keep in mind while buying or trying out Blush and Bronzer.

Blush and Bronzer will make a difference in your makeup look.
