Tell us about your college
I study in P. D. L. C. aka Dalmia College !! Its my fifth year now (yeah, i was in this college since FYJC) !! Peecha nahi chuta yaha se 😛 !!
When did you join BMS? Which year you are in?
I joined BMS after my HSC, ie. in 2008. Currently, I’m in TYBMS !!
What inspired you to choose BMS and not any other course?
To be frank there wasn’t any inspiration behind taking this course. When I completed my HSC, I got to know that BMS was a HOT topic during those days. It gained much popularity as it was little hatke than the other courses. Ofcourse after knowing that BMS people have various projects and IVs, I made my obvious decision for this course !!
According to you, what is BMS all about?
BMS is not only about the Management as most of the people think. Its all about team work, professionalism, practicality.
Who is your favorite teacher/faculty? Why?
My all time favorite Mam would be Priti Yadav Mam who was our Law teacher during our FYs !! Her teaching is simply great. No words for her !!
What has BMS life taught you?
Awesome team work, improved my presentation skills & reduced stage fear.
As a BMS student, what changes would you like to bring in management education?
MU needs to reduce theoritical gyaan & should focus on practicality as after the course would get over, you have to face the real world. Today, I’m very sad to say but BMS has lost its uniqueness. People who have taken this course hardly have any kind of professionalism. Any Tom, Dick & Harry are doing BMS these days. MAny people will opt for MBA after their BMS & this kinda attitude won’t help them in future !!
What are your future plans?
I have taken the CAT’10 exam in November. Waiting for the results !!
What are you expecting out of BMS?
Nice job opportunites with good salary package & great potential for growth. I’ll do what I love to do.
How is BMS.co.in? What help should it provide in future?
This site is simply great. I helped a lot especially during the exam days 😛 !! I want this site to be top BMS site for all time. Having all BMS alumini at one place is really great !! Go on BMS.co.in, you rock !!
