Neighbours is about a war between Mac (Seth Rogen) who struggling to break free from his youth and trying to become a full-fledged adult and  Teddy (zac Effron) a college senior who’s ill-prepared to head into the workforce and is desperate to stave off the future.
Mac  (Seth Rogen) and Kelly Radner (Rose Byrne) are a young married couple who are madly in love with each other. They also have a new baby, and a house. In other words, they have become adults. No more all-night benders, no more sex when the baby is present, etc. But that’s the price you pay for growing up, and they enjoying this, weird enough ….Until a fraternity moves next door. Mac and Kelly immediately recognize it means noise and noise! Noise that will wake the baby. So the Radners head next door to make peace with their new neighbors and so the comedy begins from here.
Seth Rogen again proves he’s one of the best comedy actors we have, but Zac Effron is no less too for making a real impact here, completely shedding his basketball freak as  High School Musical character  and proving that he can rub shoulders with someone as smart as Rogen.
