Mumbai University will now send TY B Com question papers hard copies to colleges as digital delivery has failed.
All the papers have been dispatched to the centres in all six districts under the university according to an MU official.
The digital delivery mode has being tried to avoid paper leaks. The colleges have been asked not to open the bundles until further order.
The university conducted mock drills of digital delivery of question papers. Principals of all colleges have been trained at the Kalina campus and then drills were started at their centres. All the colleges were given papers through a web-link with a secret login and password sent to their cell-phones.
Colleges were asked to print copies of papers as per the number of candidates within an hour. The colleges who needed more than 500 prints failed to do in the given time.
