I am TYBMS student of Swami Vivekanand College, joined BMS in the year 2007.
Tell us about your college
Swami Vivekanand College strictly follows Management. I think it should follow but at the same time also conduct extra-curicular activities in college. It has few activities but it is confined only to management. But it is overall a good college as per academics is concerned.
What inspired you to choose BMS and not any other course?
I want to do MBA and BMS is one step prior to MBA that makes you little more competent than other field of education who are pursing MBA.

What’s special about your college? What do you love about it?
Our teacher/faculty.
Who is your favorite teacher/faculty? Why?
Gopal Sir. Well he is a visiting faculty, but still he is my favorite. Because he is humorous…he teaches us by making the subject more interesting even if it is not.
What has BMS life taught you?
Well BMS life taught me one thing which will be important in my future life i.e. “Team Work.”
What was the happiest moment in BMS? The saddest? The most memorable?
Industrial Visit ofcourse was the happiest moment in BMS.
Who in your life has influenced the most?
Well my mom has played important role in doing that.
As a BMS student, what changes would you like to bring in management education?
The current education is good one which we are pursuing but it should be made little more interesting. And I do appreciate the new rule made by Mumbai University i.e. 6 kts.
What would you advice someone planning to do BMS?
Nothing just take each and every semester little bit seriously and don’t take internals lightly.

What are your future plans?
To pursue my MBA and then go for some reputed company.
What are you expecting out of BMS?
Not much at the end of my 6th semester, to make me more competitive to face the outside world than what I was when I joined FY.BMS.
