especially  security  issues  which  are  privacy  measures  are  constantly  improved.EC Industry  has  a  very  long  and  difficult  task  of  convincing  customers  that  online transactions are secure and they will keep.
3. Â Lack of trust and user resistance: – Customers do not trust on unknown faceless sellers, paperless transactions and electronic money.
