Chetana’s Self-Financing Course’s the most awaited event ‘Shikhar 2013’ began with a bang on 9th of January 2013. It embodied the enthusiasm and fervor of students of all the courses. Everyone gave their best in making the event a stupendous success. Their preparation began with sweeping the grounds and it all culminated in actually putting their creative ideas into practice. Student worked till late night to put everything into shape and get it ready for next day’s event. There was a lot of hustle and bustle even in the late night. Everyone worked with team spirit and it showed their bonding with one another and their determination to show that they are capable of carrying the whole show in their own shoulders and take it to the pinnacle of success.
Early in the morning around 7:00am mostly all the students reached in the college and started working for the event. Even all the faculty members were very coordinating and they briefed us about the measures that we were supposed to take during the event. It proved very helpful for all the FY’s as it was the first big event of which they were a part of.
Treasure Hunt is the most adventurous game as it needs a good team work, a lot of coordination and a strong thinking power. This event began at 9:37am. The participants from winning college Shree Narayana Guru College (S.N.G.C) were Sunil, Rohit and Vijay studying at FYBMS. They were very enthusiastic and confident about the game. Initially they found it difficult to locate the clues and it took more time in guessing the first and the fifth clue so much so that they had to take help from the nearby people. It took them more than two hours to come to the finish point. But all in all they enjoyed the game and were elated as they were declared the winners. After their wonderful success they were encouraged to play other games also.
One of them, Sunil suggested that the clues should have been kept in the college campus itself. Though guessing the correct clues really tested their patience and sporting spirit, they played and completed the game in the right sportsman spirit. All three of them enjoyed a lot in this game. Over all the day was very enthusiastic and everyone was in high spirits.
