Power yoga was first started in the USA by Beryl Bender Birch, Bryan Kest with simultaneous invention. This was the development from aerobics and gymnastic which further came to be known as power yoga. From its Indian counterpart this yoga is rigorous exercise on asana and less breathing exercise. Vinyasa-style FOCUSES ON THE BREATHING AND PURIFICATION OF BODY, where as power yoga focuses on keeping the body fit.

Though yoga helps you master body fitness using paanch mahabhutas it doesn’t allow you to control them. It just helps your body to heal itself exploiting the chakras of body made from these elements as a part of our souls.

Breathing is the only autonomous system of the body that but we can change how we breathe through conscious breathing practices such as pranayama. This can be determined by the breath size factor experiment. Tortoise are the longest lifespan animals due to their slow concise breathing their bodies age slower as also body doesn’t work with constant inhalation and exhalation. Though it along with this another factor which helps us live is the size of lungs larger animals live more than smaller animals due to increased lung sizes compared to smaller animals who need to rapidly refill their lungs. As always slow and steady wins the race way to go tortoise.
