Each & every time whenever someone asks me who is a teacher or asks me to say something about your teacher, I question myself who exactly the teacher is the one who teaches the students regarding the knowledge from the books or each & every person in our life who teaches us something or other in our life & gives inspiration & strength to us. I would just like to say two lines dedicated to all the teachers
Guru Brahma Guru Vishnu
Guru Devo Maheshwaraha
Guru Saakshat Para Brahma
Tasmai Sree Gurave Namaha
“What is a teacher? I’ll tell you: it isn’t someone who teaches something, but someone who inspires the student to give of her best in order to discover what she/he already knows.”
Each & every students have their favourite idol to whom they admire & try to adopt the qualities which they own and it’s a natural human tendency of adopting each & everything which suits them or adopting the things or values which they need to move further in their life. These qualities are nothing but the motivational factor, which one individual learns on himself & which is not taught by someone.
I find myself lucky & blessed that I have been gifted by number of professors in my BMS family also known as BMS pariwar. The professors in pariwar are all special, each & every professor possess some or the other qualities which makes them special & different from other. The common quality which is found in my BMS pariwar is all the professors are helpful, loving, caring& a little bit strict when it comes to studies because they want to see our future in a bright manner & every student successful in their life. They go out of their way to help a student if student needs help.
Among all the beloved professors in my BMS pariwar, I too have a professor to whom I idolise. I being a girl & she been a female professor, is an inspiration as well as strength to me in my day to day life.
She is one of the female professor who like all other female professors completes all her duties towards her family & then enters her second family i.e. our BMS pariwar.
The professor whom I admire has almost ten years of experience in teaching, & two years of industry. She has done her MBA in marketing, M.S.C in Applied Maths & also done her M.A in economics. She has even written books on consumer behaviour for TYBMM. As we are taught from our childhood that the father is the head of family but in my second family i.e. BMS pariwar. She is the head of our family in professional terms also known as Head of Department.
She is none other than Prof. Sanchayita Banerjee. During the time of her lecture she possesses the quality of a strict teacher but after her lecture she possesses the quality of a beloved mother with all her love, affection & caring.
Been an HOD she has number of works to do apart from teaching students & manages it all quite smoothly. Any female professor according to me is a real multitasker what I find in her along with the work of her professional level she also manages her family life which makes her multi-tasker for me.
She teaches us Research Methods in Business. During her lectures she never mixes her professional & personal life. She teaches in a very interesting meaner attending her lecture for me is important as I get to learn a lot. She always tries to give personal attention to all the students. She is a great combination of kindness and strictness.
Sanchayita Mam has always been an inspiration to me and she has always supported & guided us in the best possible way.
We all admire her for the love, support, guidance & the inspiration which she has built in us.
She is unique educator and also my mother!
