On 4th May 2014, WWE presented its 6th Annual Extreme Rules pay-per-view live from the Izod Center in East Rutherford, New Jersey.

1. Cesaro defeated Rob Van Dam and Jack Swagger in the Elimination match.
2. Alexander Rusev defeated R-Truth and won by submission with The Accolade, taking the winning streak even further.
3. Barrett defeated Big E (c) to become the new Intercontinental Champion with a leaping Bad News Bullhammer elbow.
4. Roman Reigns speared Batista for the pin and shaded the “weeLC” match in terms of quality and spots.
5. Bray Wyatt won by escape by defeating John Cena.
6. Paige (c) defeated Tamina Snuka by submission with the modified Scorpion Crosslock.
7. Daniel Bryan (c) defeated Kane.
