1) Tell us about yourself ?
My name is SHUBHANKAR BRAHMA. I am currently in the Second Year BMS studying at K. P. B. Hinduja College of Commerce. I joined this internship programme as i wanted to learn more about Social Media. My teacher Shital Modi maam motivated me as it was through her that i came to know about this.
2) How was the experience of working as a “Social Media intern” at BMS.co.in? What are the key learnings?

3) What do you mean by marketing? Tell us about a time / describe a situation when you have proved you have better marketing skills in the internship programme.
Marketing, according to me is nothing but promoting or advertising any service. I think i proved that i have good marketing skills when i had to promote articles at various social networking websites. Since, i as an intern, was regularly updating and promoting the site on different social networking websites, it formed the base to show search engines like Google that we are a socially active website.
4) What are the most important values you demonstrate as a Social Media intern of BMS.co.in?

I managed to get only 3 entries, which turned out to be a challenging task for me.

12) What changes would you like to bring in the BMS.co.in internship programme?
None. I think that the current internship programme is just brilliant. It has each and every aspect to bring out the best in any student.
13) Through this struggle and success, what have you learned? What is the wisdom of life and competition? What is your message to the upcoming interns of BMS.co.in?
My message to the upcoming interns will be that Wisdom can’t be acquired simply through reading books; knowledge is one thing, wisdom is quite another. The times have changed. Today’s generation is much more active and competitive. Wisdom derives from more mistakes and failures than success. So don’t be disheartened by your failures as Parvathy maam told me once that “THE MORE TIMES WE FAIL AT SOMETHING MEANS WE ARE LEARNING.”
