  • Tell us more about yourself.

I am a person who is passionate in whatever I do; I work with whole dedication and never miss a single chance to enjoy to the fullest. I don’t memorize things I understand it.

  • Were you expecting to top in the exams? To whom would you credit this success to?

To be very honest I didn’t give a thought about being a topper but I just gave my 100% and never thought of end results.  All credits to my fantastic teachers who cleared all concepts and can’t ever forget to give credit to my parents who always supported me.

  • Did you prepare religiously from day One or A few weeks before the exams?

Not from day one for sure, infact I never did that for any exams I am a bit slogger who put in all efforts at the last but creates the base somewhere in the middle.

  • How did you allot time to different subjects?

Allotting time was an important task, you can’t just focus on a subject and ignore the rest, I gave more emphasis on your strong subjects because it was a bit tough and also it was more fruitful as it was scoring and I never studied more than an hour a day, instead I made sure that I am well versed with the subject in the class itself.

  • Can you share some insights on how to crack the subjects before exams?

Nothing special in practical subjects because you have to present the way it should be, the only way to crack those subjects is pure understanding the concept and also apply the same. For theory subjects you need to present your paper well, present your answer point wise, never bluff in your answer,

And yes a good handwriting and a neat presentation will be a cherry on the cake.

  • Do you think BMS student require coaching classes or is self-study enough? Had you joined any coaching class for a particular subject?

Requiring coaching classes is subjective matter; you may need coaching in particular subjects. I never joined coaching classes for BMS course, it was some sort of a help from my brother who is pursuing Chartered Accountancy who helped me whatever was related to his studies especially In the subject of Financial Management.

  • Did you participate in college fests or extra-curricular activities? Do you think a BMS student can manage both studies and extra activities?

I never participated in college fest or any extra-curricular activities, but I do think that as a management student, we can be a good manager and manage both.

  • Did you pursue any additional courses/ internships alongside BMS?

Not any courses/ internships, instead I did a summer job in coaching classes and had a fantastic experience.

  • Today, we often come across students committing suicide out of failure, depression or tension of exams. What do you have to say about this? Did you use any special techniques for stress management?

Stress is a part and parcel of life, there is not even a single person who don’t have stress in their life, you should know how to tackle it and committing suicides out of failure is worst we need to understand that only marks never decide our path, “Successful people are known for their intelligence and not for their marks” so having a fear of exams is something that shouldn’t have.

  • Do you think BMS students are flooded with assignments, projects and internal exams round the clock? What changes would you like to bring in the BMS Curriculum?

Not really, but sometimes I felt it but on the other hand working in assignment improves our presentation skills which is an important part in this competitive world. Changes what I can recommend is adding more practical knowledge rather than theory.

  • What message would you like to give to the next batch of BMS students?

Studies are the topmost priority but remember study for marks is a selfish thought and enjoy your studies rather than treating them your headache.

  • What are the future plans post BMS?

Join a Big company preferably an MNC and serve to the best of my knowledge and hard work.

Keep up with your great work you have always helped each and every “BMSites” You Rock.

!!!!!Keep it Up!!!!!
