TANCET i.e. Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test is an entrance test for admission into M.Plan, M.Arch, M.Tech, M.E., MCA and MBA courses. The entrance exam is conducted by Anna University on behalf of Government of Tamil Nadu.

- Last date for registration: February 18, 2014
- Online registration starts from: February 1, 2014
- Last date to send in Applications: February 20, 2014
- Exam date for MBA and MCA programs: March 22, 2014
- Exam date for M.Plan, M.Arch, M.Tech, M.E programs: March 23, 2014
Application fee for each course is Rs. 500 and payable through demand draft in favour of The Secretary, TANCET Anna University Chennai payable at Chennai.
