BMS student has many roles to play ranging from researching information for their project to giving presentation or preparing for their exams. They tend to receive stress from parents to score well or it can be a peer pressure.

Managing time for the entire task is a key factor to overcome stress. Assigning time for each job will let the students to spare time for themselves. Last minute work is never a great idea.

Workout is great reliever of stress, it acts like a miracle. Each day practicing for one hour would be a great remedy to overcome these.
