1) Interviews begin with close-ended questions (questions having simple factual or yes-no answers).
So, talk less in the opening minutes of the interview
2) Maintain eye contact and have an attentive posture; Smile and be high in vocal activity
3) Have high expressive ability and serenity
4) Communicate appropriately in content and be well-organized
5) Ask questions only after the interviewer invites questions (closed-ended and not phrased)
6) Prefer interviewers who seem to be trustworthy, competent and human resource professionals
7) Prefer interviewers who ask open-ended questions and allow sufficient time to talk
8) Have patience if you are being interrupted by the interviewer
