Ingredients:
i.           Garlic bulb
ii.           Clove
iii.           Onion
iv.           Garlic
v.           Radish
vi.           Pepper
vii.           Vinegar
Procedure:
Step 1:Â Peel off skin of all the ingredients and later place them all in blender
Step 2: Blending all the ingredients. Adjust the speed of blender from high to low for a period of 2 minutes.
Step 3: Â Remove the extract and drink the tonic.
due to radish the colour of tonic becomes red, however the colour may vary as per ingredients.
Dosage: In case of severe cold, 2 tablespoons of tonic after lunch and dinner.
However in case of minor cold, 1 tablespoon in morning and at night.
