Everyone in this lifetime has got a ‘problem’ or ‘problems’. Your astrologer may tell you thousands of dates when you gonna face one or the other problem. Infact, he himself is the biggest problem as he brings you to the notice of the present and future problems, which is bad no? Some problems are big and some are small depending on the situations the problem is gonna create. Now a philosopher or a spiritual guy will always tell you that think of the problem as an opportunity blah blah blah blah. What we gonna tell you are the myths which people think that it’s a problem but it’s actually not. Confused?? Okay, let me explain:

b

1) Majority of the problems which you think are “big problems” are only your “MIND” problems.

c

2) I cannot handle my own problems and require treatment for it.

This is a myth as people who have problems don’t seek treatment but rely on traditional coping mechanisms.

d

3) Every problem doesn’t have a solution and the problems will continue for the lifetime.

This is a myth as there are people who have successfully managed their problems by writing or breaking down the problem into small issues and making tasks to achieve overcome the problem.

e

4) I will never be happy after solving the problem as I would have to sacrifice and make harsh decisions.

This is not at all true. You need to gather relevant information or take advise from people who are already successful in solving the problem. Differentiate between ‘real’ problems and ‘imaginary’ problems. It’s all the fear in the mind which keeps on thinking about the after effects and stops us from taking actions.

f

5) I am trying to solve my problem but it’s not working at all. My life is going to be like this only forever.

Listen, if you are trying to solve any problem, know which approach you are working on. If you are going to think about negative results, then you would never be able to come out of it. Ask people or experts and be prepared to change the approach if the solution doesn’t work. Keep backup plans ready and be open-minded. Working backwards can also result in a solution.

All the best!
