Dabangg Khan aka Salman Khan who says that if he tells something, the media would make it a controversy and show it as ‘Breaking News’ recently said that the two big social networks Twitter and Facebook are ‘faltu, bakwaas’. Making such statements would surely make some news as social network has become an integral part of the lifestyle of the people.
Salman Khan has millions of people following him on both the sites. He also came up with an innovative use of the social platforms making an attempt to help his unemployed fans to find a job. Unfortunately the site created for the fans crashed due to high traffic, it is so obvious!
At a recent press meet while promoting his upcoming film ‘Kick’, Salman Khan took a dig at Facebook and Twitter calling it ‘bakwaas’ but the response he gets on his posts makes him wonder whether people have really no work to do.
Salman Khan said, “It is the most redundant, faltu, bakwaas, cheej hai ye, Twitter aur Facebook, ki kuch nain hai toh baithe hain iske upar. Main toh sochta hun ki tum log yaar kuch kaam vaam karte ho ya nain. Main jab bore ho jata hun to main ek tweet kar deta hun ‘ae kya chal raha hai?’, kabhi jute ki toh kabhi iski uski tasveer lekar bhej deta hun. And uspe aise fat fat fat se replies aa jate hain. Suddenly main sochta hun ki ye naukari kar rahe hain, ye school mein hain, hain kahan ye, koi so nain raha hai kya. So I think this is the most bakwaas thing there is, so aisi bakwaas cheej ko thoda meaning de do bhai”.
Salman Khan still has some future plans of using social networks for more charitable work.
