What does “NO SUCH SEAT NUMBER” in 4th April 2014 FM Amended Results mean?

As per sources, NO SUCH SEAT NUMBER in today’s Amended BMS Sem 5 FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AMENDED RESULTS means:

your marks in Financial Management subject is less than 14 i.e. 13 or less than that and

you have to appear for FM ATKT April 2014 exams.
