Code of Conduct :
i) Code of conduct refers to, “a set of conventional principles and expectations that are considered binding on any person who is a member of a particular group.”
ii) A code of conduct creates a set of rules for specified circumstances that become a standard for all who participate in the group and represent themselves outside of the group.
E.g. a) Corporate sales forces have a code of conduct to be courteous and respectful while seeking new customers.
b) A sport team includes in its code of conduct not to be reckless with alcohol or drugs.
