Poaching/Raiding– It involve identified the right people in rival companies, offering them better terms and luring them away. For instance, several executives of HMT left to join Titan Watch Company. There are legal and ethical issues involved in raiding rival firms for potential candidates.
               Poaching is when you headhunt from your direct competition who works for the same client/skills. When a candidates joins and he get his ex-colleagues to join the company that is called Employee Referral.
