What is Voluntary co-ordination?

Voluntary co-ordination: Brown and Simon have advocated voluntary co- ordination. They have stated that an ideal co-ordination is voluntary co-ordination and this can be secured by encouraging informal contacts among people and by providing for interpersonal and interdepartmental contacts. L.GULICK and URWICK have stated that the leader should inculcate in the minds of those who are associated with him in any activity the desire and will to work together for a purpose.
