World Day Against Child Labour is celebrated on 12^th June 2015.  World Day Against Child Labour 2015 calls for:

1. Free, compulsory and quality education for all children at least to the minimum age for admission to employment and action to reach those presently in child labour;
2. New efforts to ensure that national policies on child labour and education are consistent and effective;
3. Policies that ensure access to quality education and investment in the teaching profession.

The day is an opportunity for organizations and social partners to come together and tackle the problem of child labour.

So let’s fight against the worst forms of child labour i.e. slavery or forced labour, illicit activities like drug trafficking and prostitution and let’s make this world a better place for children to live in.
